Our story

Built by a shooter, for shooters.

SALI was created by Phil Wakefield, a prone rifle shooter with 25 years of competitive experience and a genuine passion for both the sport and the technology that can help it grow. Bringing a career of experience across engineering, software, AI and sport he has the insight to build ambitious, effective solutions.

Phil wants to close huge gap between what top-level coaching technology can offer and what's actually accessible to everyday shooters. The tools exist. The insight is there. But the complexity, cost, and specialist knowledge required to unlock it puts it out of reach for most of us.

SALI exists to close that gap. To bring real, meaningful coaching insight to every competitive shooter, regardless of level, budget, or whether they have a coach in their corner. More people shooting better. That's the mission.
